Yoga is haram!!

muahahaahahah..... i cant stop myself laughing at this. Practicing Yoga will weakened your faith towards your god.. What la..this JAKIM is full of Poop, should rename to JAKUN la..

10 out of 10 people practice Yoga is for health reasons and there are many type of Yoga too. Most Yoga is a stretching cum breathing exercise. They is some type which involves chanting meditation as well but i strongly believe a true Muslim will definitely known this and will avoid this type.

JAKUN also said Stinkapore also have this Fatwa?? wahahaahh...since when? dont just simply quote, ask your stinkapore counterpart issue us a official statement.

In religon, it is a personal thing with your "god" in your heart. Not necessary have to write "i am a true muslim because i follow all the stupid fatwa" on your forehead. whats the point if a muslim follow all the stupid fatwa or "rules" in public, while at home, enjoying his single malt scotch with siew yuk and in company by a few PRC, getting ready for a foursome role play later???

Why the "Jakun" issue some fatwa which will do good to humanities like "corruption is your one way ticket to neraka" or "read more books that will fill up your peanut brain with knowledge", instead of "no Yoga", "no jeans becos only tomboy wear it", "no short hair because it is so unfeminine", " no macarena too, cos it is not originate form arab".

With such a short sighted "JAKUN" in Malaysia, all muslim here will "die young" unless all of you go and practice silat la...and again "silat" may not be 100% malay too. Malaysian Muslin will "die stupid" too, if all of them keep on following the fatwa of this "JAKUN"

oh..by the way, to all m y malay friends, please refrain from eating with your hand too, because the indians also practice that, and it may be originate from hinduism! the more you eat with your hand, you will drift further away from your god..

Seafood in "Tg Sepat"

TANJUNG SEPAT

A small fishing village located beween Port Dickson and Banting. The villagers in Tanjung Sepat are predominantly of chinese origins, so it mean plenty of good "FOOOOOOoooooooood" around.

Apart from the food choices here, Tg Sepat is also a well known place for avid photog going around firing happily at idyllic fishing vessels and the famous "lovers bridge", the sole jetty in Tanjung Sepat.

Me and wifey who became amateur photog recently could not resist ourself from paying this place a visit after seeing all the fantastic photo in the net.

last saturday afternoon, It took us 1.5 hour to reach Tg Sepat with my 1000 cc car. I believed many people can do better than this.

The first thing that came to our senses was the smell! Fishy smell! :P The road was haphazard ly designed and narrow, so becareful if you awere driving a big car. You dun want to hit someone in a small town, don cha?

We managed to find lovers bridge in no time and we quickly set foot on it with our faithfull Alpha DSLR in hand. Tg Sepat did not disappoint us, it was a good place to do light photography of "idyllic fishing village" kind of stuff. You have anglers of all age and race spending time at their favourite spots on the jetty, horde of tourist walking up and down the jetty cracking silly "cold" jokes, and of course, we managed to see some avid photog too.

The only dissapointment of the trip was there is no sunlight on that day. so no sun also meant no sunset. The little sunlight that we had not managed to light up the horizon and what a waste, the sunset in Tg Sepat will looks magnificent.

Now how about the food choices in Tg Sepat?

from what i found out in blogsphere, The seafood Bak kut teh, er...or shall we rename it as "seafood teh" was popular and something new. but this place only serve lunch.

We bought a few hainam pau from "Hai Yew Hin", and it taste good but nothing spectacular. The dough does not contained bleach so the color is slightly yellowish, which is a good thing. But the service from the boss is nothing to shout about, he was watching his "taiwanese opera" while serving customers, which i think is quite rude.

We also miss out the special super fresh "tg Sepat" assorted fish ball as most of them are closed after we finish our photo outing. We will grap a couple of packets next time.

Seafood is a "MUST" in Tg sepat. You have a choice of traditional "OCEN" just beside the "lovers bridge" or "Baywatch" a couple of blocks away. They is another shop wihich is also famous for its crayfish, but i cannot remember what is the name, i will update the name later.

We patronised "OCEN" as it is one of the oldest joint around and it is just beside "lovers bridge" jetty.

The restaurant is built on stilts by the sea, and the hygene is so so. but much better when comparing to the ones in Klang.

We are lucky that we came just a bit earlier as the restaurant was supper full in just a couple of minutes later, the boss has to turn away many hungry customers.

2 of us order:

1. Drunken Prawn
2. Hot plate fried Oyster
3. Claypot seafood tofu
4. Stir fried vege.
5. 1 fresh coconut
6 1 "black dog" stout
(we know we ordered enough for 4 but there are only 2 of us)

The food come in fast(or we are just lucky!), the claypot tofu was super hot and sweet with crab meat and mushroom. the tofu was home made and it was so smooth and smell of bean just liked tofu fa. very good and the portion was quite big. very good for tofu lover.

The next one to come was the drunken prawn served in claypot. the portion was rather big too, with 8-10 medium large "pak har" brewed in superior stock in chinese wine with a lot of shredded cabbage, carrots and enoki mushroom. the prawn is super fresh and taste superbs either eat on its own or slightly dipped in light soya sauce. both of us cleaned out the whole claypot in no time.

Another highly recommended was the hot plate "fried oyster" or " ho chien", fuyoohh....the oyster was so fresh and tasty with egg and just the right amount of the gooey corn flour. Nowadays most fried oyster dish were full of egg and the gooey stuff minus the oyster! In OCEN, it is opposite, the oyster is served with quantity as well as quality. Highly recommended!

The stir fried vege was just normal lor....stir fried with garlic what do you expect? :) at least the vege is fresh.

All this feasting cost?? only RM 63.00 all in. It was super cheap! I really doubt you could get this price range in KL or even in Penang.

So the highlights of the day is? the magnificent food choice in Tg Sepat! and if you are a photog, the scenery of the village comes as a bonus.

The advantage of having a bigger opposition in Parliment

Democracy is at its best when the ruling party and opposition party have the almost equal representation in Parliment.

1.Eight months after the 308 tsunami, Malaysia has lost one of her most incompetent prime Minister of all time(Badawi) but replace with a equally dim wit murderer Najis who is corrupted and associated to murder. not a got thing for the rakyat, but hey! not much choice in Umno nowadays. if you put it another way, this murderer PM will only make the rakyat to have a stronger resolve to change the government in the next General Election.

2. So much scandal we hear nowadays in Parliment(Malaysia Boleh)

3. Petrol come down staggerly, although it is stupid to raised the price 41% up at one shot, causing irreversable damage to the country's inflation rate and causing hardship to the people.

4. Finally, all the highway concession agreement has been de-listed from the OSA(Official Secret Act), in the first place, what so secret about a commercial agreement, unless Semi Value name was mentioned in almost every paragraph of the agreement, expecially the in the "beneficiary" column.

5. Prices of rice coming down next month?

more to come? I hope so.

so, guys, be prepared to give the opposition a bigger mandate in the next GE, this is the only way Malaysia will move forward to become a progressive nation

Where is our money?

With a stronger voice in Parliment, the opposition manage to "dig out" many issues regarding the mis-management of the country's money. With the latest scandal associated to a company, Pompena Sdn Bhd which is direct related to the Tourism Ministry. Read more here : Pompena Scandal

To all the Opposition MP, please do not forget these as well(it is getting difficult to track the numbers of scandal surface since the 308 tsunami :) ), here is a list of the big ones:

1. PKFZ - RM4.6 billion
2. Silltera - RM 1 billion
3. Valuecap Sdn Bhd - RM 10 billion
4. Maybank - 4 billion

All the above involve almost RM 20 billion of the rakyat money, or 90% fund by us, Chinese. as according to our previous dictator Prime Minister, Tun Mamak Mahathir, 90% income tax collections are from Chinese.

So far, nobody claims responsibility yet.

"King of Tennis" or "King of SHAME?"

The so called event of the years for tennis enthuiast has been cancelled! This time the PR government in Penang screw up big time. Penang indeed became a lauging stock to the international Sports Calender. Apparently YB Lim lead government has lost it this time. Maybe a number of its government's executives "bypass" certain important procedures prior to the approval of this tournament thus leading to this farce.

Penangite will forgive the PR government for one or two blunders in the course of administration of the state but penangite will not doubt to throw away the existing set up if it proves the government is as corrupt as the Gerakan Monkeys.

YB LIm should start to do some houskeeping of its executives and remove any executive who is proven to be corrupted and abused his powers.

Warning has been sent to the Penang government.

Penang government investment trip to Korea, the real story.

Recently, the BN goons in Penang are at their antics again, criticizing YB Lim for organizing an overseas trip to Korea amid the world economic crisis.

Please refer to Jeff's posting in its blog for the real story behind this trip. click here:http://www.jeffooi.com/2008/11/gerakan_and_umno_the_oppositio.php

Please avoid all the evil mainstream newspapar for national news as they were extremely bias.

"The Rakyat will prevail"

Obama is the US president!

Congratulations to the first black president! who will man the world military and economic superpower.

I envy the political maturity of the people of the United States, where the welfare of the people and the countries as a whole surpass the color of their skin.

Compare to the sorry state in Malaysia where people froth in the mouth when they were told that streets name now comes in multilingual.

Grow up Malaysians!

Multi-Language Road Sign in Penang

Again another hoo-haa by UMNOputras in Penang. This time in the disguise of an association call "Gabungan Graduan Melayu Muda" or "GGMM".

Anybody know what is this association all about? Lately there is so many so called NGO claiming to represent the "Malay Race". What has all this so called NGO contribute to the Malay welfare? or to the country?? May i asked?

IMHO, all this NGO who claims to chanpioned the malay rights are just a bunch of Universities Dropout(Graduan? heh? my foot!), politicians wannabe and UMNO balls lickers. Human trash getting together to beg for "tongkat". All of their "tongkat" hilang after PR won in PG.

YB Lim Guan Eng should just ignore them and see them in court. Well, seeing a bunch rabbies infected pariah frothing in the mouth is a sigh to behold too.

Sweet and Sour pork- "ko lo yuk"

This is the most common dish in all the "tai chau" places in Malaysia. My version is pretty simple to prepare too.

Ingredients:

300g of pork belly(without skin)

1 no. of cucumber
1 no. of Red Onion
1 no. Capsicum or a 2 no. big chillies

1 no. fresh tomato
3 cloves of garlic

Sauce:
1 tbls of Chili Sauce

3 tbls of Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp of sugar
1 cup of water

To marinate:

1 tsp of white ground pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 tbls of light soya sauce
a dash of 5 spice powder

Preparation:
1.Cut the pork bell into small edible cube size. Mixed all Marinade ingredients with the pork 1-2 hours before actuall cooking.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Cut the onion, tomato, capsicum/chilles, cucumber into cube.
4. mixed all the sauce ingredient together and adjust accordingly to taste

Cooking Method:

1. put the marinated meat into wheat flour and mix well. Make sure the flour are able to stick on the meat well and have a "dry" feeling to the meat. If the wheat flour cannot stick on the meat, dip the meat into some stirred egg before mixing with flour. The egg mixture will hold the flour well.

2. heat up oil(this is deepfried) so dun be stingy on the oil. make sure the oil is super hot! Deepfried the meat until cook and put aside.
3. remove the excess oil and heat up the oild again. this time is too saute so use oil sparringly.
4. put in your garlic, tomato, capsicum/chilli and onion and stirred fried until fragrant.
5. slow down the fire and put in you sauce mixture. bring it too boiled. if the mixture is not thick enuf, heat up the mixture with strong fire and give it a quick stirred. you can use cornstarch to thickened the sauce but use it sparringly as too much starch will cause the sauce to curd. prefer to use "B&P" butterfly powder if possible.

6. Off the fire and put in your cucumber and mixed well. Poured sauce onto pork and ready to serve.

Easy or not?
