Funds are disburse to schools and mosque, etc. By holding an election, this is the only way the rakyat can get back some of their income tax paid to this rotten government! expecially the sexy dance show which suppose to be part of the chinese culture according to one of the UMNO's moron, become essentials as the slow economy makes buying a cinema ticket looks expensive.
